Wokingham Street Party event

Can you spare some time on Sunday 12th June to help with promoting the choir at the Wokingham Street Party event? We have permission to distribute leaflets at this event between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Sign up sheets will be available at choir rehearsals this week. If you can come along please let Alison or Dorian know – we could do with say a dozen people to help and the busiest time will probably be from 1pm onwards. ***Please wear red singhealthy polo shirts to make sure you stand out in the crowd.*** Depending on who can help and when, we might look to concentrate our efforts for a single hour or try to cover more of the entire day. Note that the top end of Rose Street and Broad Street will be closed to traffic but the Rose Street car parks are still accessible and parking is also available at the Finchampstead end of town and the Cock Pit car parks. It is an ideal opportunity to promote the choir locally so, if you can, why not come along for an hour or so to help (bring the family) and then stay to enjoy the activities.
